## Current licensing policy / 当前授权政策

From version 0.2.0 (2026-10-06), the project is offered under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0, subject to the prior-license and third-party exceptions below. See LICENSE for the controlling terms. This is source-available software, not an unrestricted open-source license. Commercial use requires a separate license from the relevant rights holders; contact the maintainer through the repository Issues for inquiries.

自 0.2.0（2026-10-06）起，本项目按 PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 提供，以下旧版和第三方权利例外仍然适用。允许学习、个人非商业使用及协议列明的其他非商业用途；本许可不授予商业使用权限。商业授权可通过仓库 Issues 联系维护者咨询，是否授权另行约定。完整规则以 LICENSE 为准。

## Prior MIT release / 已发布的 MIT 版本

Commit 20d06c9c3a12c0c9a38713a842cafca58a445190 (version 0.1.0) was distributed under MIT. The original notice and license are retained in licenses/MIT-legacy.txt. This change does not revoke or restrict rights already granted under MIT, including commercial-use rights in that version and material obtained under that license. Much of version 0.2.0 is unchanged from that release; changing the repository license does not retroactively make that previously MIT-licensed material exclusively noncommercial. Future original changes not otherwise licensed follow the current policy to the extent the contributor can grant those rights.

提交 20d06c9c3a12c0c9a38713a842cafca58a445190（0.1.0）曾以 MIT 发布，原声明保存在 licenses/MIT-legacy.txt。本次变更不撤回、不限制此前 MIT 已授出的权利，包括该版本和按 MIT 获得内容的商业使用权。0.2.0 的大量代码与旧版相同，不能仅靠更改 LICENSE 将这些已有 MIT 内容追溯变成独占的非商用代码。后续未另行授权的原创改动在贡献者有权授权的范围内遵循当前政策。

## Third-party code and assets / 第三方代码与素材

Dependencies retain their own licenses and notices; this policy does not relicense React, Vite or other third-party works. Media are described in README; this project grants only rights its licensors actually hold, without overriding third-party platform terms or guaranteeing exclusive rights in AI-generated material. User-imported notes remain the user's content and are not relicensed by importing them.

依赖保持各自许可和版权声明，本政策不修改 React、Vite 等第三方作品的授权。媒体来源见 README；项目只授出许可方实际拥有的权利，不覆盖第三方平台条款，也不保证 AI 生成素材存在排他版权。导入的个人笔记不因导入而改变原有权利归属。
